Humanistic Therapy

Sometimes individuals experience depression, anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, and relationship issues that cause an individual to struggle in life. Humanistic Therapy aims to help individuals get free from debilitating assumptions and attitudes to live fuller lives.

Humanistic Therapy is a psychotherapy approach that is used to treat a wide range of mental health issues. People are inherently good, and Humanistic Therapy is based on this belief. Every individual is born with extraordinary potential; Humanistic Therapy believes everyone can realize this potential with proper nurturing. By exploring how an individual feels in the here and now, the individual's potential can become self-actualized. Humanistic Therapy is a client-led, holistic approach that focuses on a person's current behavior rather than on pathology, environmental influences, and past experiences. The humanist therapeutic approach is often incorporated into other therapeutic modalities.
